Sales Co-ordinator Whitby 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday £30,000 My client is a well-established company based in Whitby. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an additional person to join their office team. This is a varied role, combining sales support, scheduling, coordination, and general administration. The role will involve: * Handling incoming customer enquiries, providing quotes, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings * Booking jobs and managing daily schedules * Supporting the coordination of engineers across the UK * Updating CRM systems, job sheets, and internal records * Acting as a key point of contact between customers and engineers * Supporting social media content, including photos, videos, and posts They are looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills, who has experience working in a busy office environment. You should be organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and confident with general administration and IT systems. This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast paced, varied position with a mix of customer interaction and office-based coordination
