Payroll Advisor - fully remote

Interim Payroll Advisor 3-6 month FTC Can be fully remote or hybrid working, based in Norwich. Flexible working hours, can be full or part-time - a minimum of 3 days per week required. The role: Alongside day‑to‑day payroll duties, you’ll also play a key part in the implementation of a new HR & payroll system (PeopleXD), helping to shape processes, test functionality and support a smooth transition. Processing end‑to‑end payroll accurately and on time Handling payroll queries  Supporting the implementation of PeopleXD, including testing, data validation, and helping document new processes Working closely with HR, Finance, and wider teams to ensure payroll data is correct and compliant Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of payroll legislation Supporting ad‑hoc payroll tasks as needed Skills required: Experience of People XD is essential to be able to support with the system implementation.
