Digital Transformation Manager - Dublin €85-95k + benefits and hybrid working We are seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to drive efficiency and innovation across a business investing in their IT with several transformation, automation and integration projects planned. The Digital Transformation Manager will play a pivotal role in a growing business with scope to transform fragmented processes with seamless digital solutions. The role will change "as-is" processes into scalable, automated "to-be" digital services ,with a focus on cost saving, utilising cloud technologies and improving automation. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end transformation project strategy using Agile and hybrid methodologies. Act as a trusted partner to divisional leaders, translating complex business problems into technical prototypes. Improve Automation and drive cost saving. Use data analytics and BI tools to track measurable benefits, including ROI and productivity gains. Ensure all initiatives align with IT security and data protection standardsKey Requirements Proven background in leading Digital Transformation, preferably in a multi-business environment. Proven expertise in business process reengineering, systems integration (ERP/CRM), and cloud adoption. Enterprise level IT project or programme delivery Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
