The Head of Brand and Marketing leads strategy to drive awareness, demand and growth across LSE's lifelong learning portfolio, overseeing brand, campaigns and digital channels. They work with the Director of Commercial & Growth to strengthen global positioning, lead a brand review and launch a new website, while building a high-performing, results-driven team. Client Details The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is a world-leading social science university with an outstanding global reputation in London Description Marketing strategy and planning Set annual strategy aligned to revenue goals Drive lead generation, pipeline and conversion (B2C/B2B) Use market insight and research to guide decisions Manage budget, performance and ROI improvement Lead market intelligence on trends and competitorsBrand and communications Lead brand identity and ensure consistency Oversee communications and content strategy Support brand review and digital transformation Lead website redevelopment and digital presence Align with central LSE communicationsDigital marketing and CRM Lead digital strategy across all channels Improve user experience and conversion Develop CRM and marketing automation Manage external agenciesLeadership and people management Lead and develop the marketing team Set objectives and manage performance Oversee agencies and ways of working Profile Degree-level education or equivalent experience Marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or related postgraduate study Senior marketing experience in HE, executive education or similar commercial sector Proven success delivering integrated marketing strategies with measurable growth Strong experience across B2C and B2B multi-channel marketing, especially digital and content Experience managing brand identity and multi-product marketing Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting ROI Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) Experience delivering major website/digital transformation projects Experience managing external agencies across marketing disciplines Job Offer 3 days a week in the University - Central London Band 8a opportunity Permanent role - role is vacant Leading a new function at LSE for lifelong learning
