Health & Safety Recruitment Consultant £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary + easily acheivable additional £25,000 – £40,000 OTE bonus on top of basic! Uncapped commission – earn beyond OTE with no limits. As our growth continues to build momentum, we’re looking for a commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of and expand our Health & Safety desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, building long-term relationships, and becoming a recognised specialist in their market. The Role You’ll have full ownership of your desk, combining business development with end-to-end recruitment delivery.
