Reporting to the Mechanical Design Team Leader, you will deliver analysis, reporting, and technical support across key projects. What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits Early finish Fridays Pension up to 10% contribution Share scheme & holiday flexibility Career progression opportunities Health & wellbeing support Employee discounts and volunteering dayKey Responsibilities Conduct stress analysis using FEA tools (e.g. Hyperworks, NASTRAN/PATRAN, ANSYS) Apply aerospace methodologies for metallic and composite structures Produce technical reports and maintain project documentation Support customer design reviews and technical discussions Manage external analysis support where required Contribute to cost optimisation and product developmentAbout You Experience in stress analysis of composite structures Strong understanding of aerospace stress methodologies Confident communicator with strong analytical skillsDesirable: Dynamic/non-linear and F&DT analysis experience CATIA V5 proficiency Knowledge of certification requirements Understanding of composite manufacturing processes
