Mechanical & Electrical Compliance Officer

Enjoy hybrid working as a Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Officer on an interim basis. You will be managing all contractors and quality checking.   You will be working for a well-known local authority that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining levels of compliance.   As the Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Officer, you will be: Manage daily compliance tasks following certification Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property Provide technical expertise and support to electrical contractors Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work Involved with signing off the EICR’s   Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Officer qualifications / experience: Mechanical and Electrical relevant qualification Previous experience on the tools as a M&E surveyor Previous experience overseeing contractors Previous experience working with EICR’s   As the Mechanical and Electrical Compliance Officer, you will receive: £350 - £400 a day Hybrid Working Millage coverage   We are keen to see CV’s from Electrical Surveyor, Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Officer, M&E Surveyor, M&E Supervisor   If this sounds like something you would be interested in, apply now, or call Lexie on (phone number removed)
