This opportunity is with a respected and established building contractor within the housing sector. I’d be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you've previously worked as a Carpenter, Roofing Specialist or General Builder.   As a Roofer, you will be: Carrying out flat and pitched roofing  Identifying and rectifying roofing defects Surveying and correctly placing slates/ tiles in isolated patches Removing old roof coverings and replacing full covering to all styles of roofs Re-bedding and renewing hip and ridge tiles Point, repair, rebuild chimney stacks and re-bed/ renew chimney pots Repair mineral felt and asphalt flat roof coveringI’d love to speak to anyone who has: A full UK driving licence Their own tools A background in roofing or multiple trades Experience working in domestic properties This Roofer role is offering the following benefits:  £21 - £22 per hour  Company van and fuel card  Uniform and mobile device provided  ASAP start  Long term work  Potential to go permanent if desired Location & travel This role requires travel within the East Midlands region, including areas such as Leicester, Nottingham and Derby.  If this Roofer role sounds like something you’d be interested in, apply now, or call Alex on (phone number removed)
