Area Sales Account Manager | South of England 📍 Field-Based Sales + an office in Waterlooville 💰 £55k–£65k Basic | £80k OTE + Car + Benefits This well-established and growing business in the animal health sector is looking to hire a high-performing Sales Account Manager to take ownership of a South of England territory. The company manufacture & supply products into a professional B2B customer base, operating in a consultative sales environment. This is not a cold-start role — you’ll inherit a strong portfolio of existing accounts, with a focus on: ✔️ Growing revenue by introducing new products. ✔️ Strengthening relationships with established clients ✔️ Consistently closing sales opportunities 🔍 What they’re looking for: ✔️ A strong account manager who can close sales ✔️ Someone comfortable securing orders day in, day out ✔️ Experience selling into independent retailers, SMEs, or similar environments ✔️ Excellent questioning skills — able to uncover needs & position solutions effectively ✔️ Exposure to sales training/methodology 💡 What’s less important: Industry background — full product training will be provided 📍 The role: * South of England territory * 12–15 days/month in the field meeting clients * Office based collaboration with internal marketing, sales, & senior leadership team. * Strategic Account Planning & Execution * Hosting Client Seminars & Product Promotions/ Launches * Attending Exhibitions & Conferences 💰 Package: * £55k–£65k basic (DoE) * OTE ~£80k * Company car, expenses, full benefits
