Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Material Handler Location: Alexandra Dock, Kingston upon Hull, HU9 1TA Contract Details: Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12‑month rolling contract Positions Available: 3 Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day), Monday to Friday Working Arrangement: Onsite IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Interview Process: 1‑stage face‑to‑face interview Additional Checks: Medical assessment and Drug & Alcohol test Salary: £15.26 per hour About Our Client: Our client operates the UK & Ireland Distribution Centre and plays a key role in supporting the renewable energy sector. Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly rate Stable Monday to Friday working pattern Long‑term contract opportunity Experience working in a renewable energy supply chain environment Responsibilities: Offloading stock in a safe, quick, and efficient manner Ensuring stock is put away correctly in designated storage locations Sorting stock onto pallets ready for racking and storage Picking goods accurately for outbound shipments Processing inbound and outbound daily orders Counting parts and ensuring stock accuracy Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment Adhering to all company Health & Safety and QA regulations Supporting continuous improvement of warehouse processes and workflows Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience): Current valid Counterbalance AND Reach forklift licences Previous warehouse experience, including working within racking systems Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work on own initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good numeracy and literacy skills Computer literate Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience): Experience using SAP Interest or passion for renewable energy Flexible and positive approach to work Technologies: Warehouse Management Systems (SAP preferred) How to Apply: If you meet the above criteria and are available to start immediately, please apply with your up‑to‑date CV.
