Key Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence. Monitor pupils' progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners. Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to whole-school initiatives. Build positive relationships with parents and carers to support children's learning and wellbeing.
