A growing and well-established environmental services company in the Burton upon Trent area is looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive new business and manage key customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting clients, and building long-term partnerships. The Role You’ll be responsible for winning new business while also managing and growing existing accounts across commercial, industrial, and property sectors. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you’ll build your own pipeline and directly impact the company’s growth. What You’ll Be Doing * Generating new business opportunities across your territory * Managing and developing existing customer accounts * Building relationships with property managers, facilities managers, and commercial clients * Meeting clients face-to-face and understanding their needs * Preparing quotes and following up on opportunities * Identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts * Working closely with operations to ensure excellent service delivery About You * Experience in field sales, business development, or account management * Confident in winning new business and building relationships * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently * Full UK driving licence What You’ll Get * £38,000 basic salary * OTE £45,000+ with uncapped commission * Company vehicle * Freedom to manage your own territory and accounts * Real opportunity to grow with a successful, expanding business Interested?
