Key Responsibilities * Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to order, including full English and à la carte items. * Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast buffets to a high standard. * Ensure timely and efficient service during peak breakfast periods. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas. * Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and prep planning. * Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met. Key Requirements * Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role. * Strong ability to manage both cook-to-order and buffet service. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility for early starts. * Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
