Due to continued growth and investment in their CNC division, they're looking to recruit an experienced CNC Cutter Grinder to join their team. Why Join? * Established and growing business with ongoing investment * Modern CNC equipment and clean working environment * Stable, experienced team (low staff turnover) * Genuine long-term opportunity with progression The Role * Setting, programming and operating CNC grinding machines (Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic) * Producing high-precision cutting tools (standard and bespoke) * Working from engineering drawings and specifications * Inspecting finished tools using measuring equipment * Troubleshooting machining and tooling issues * Maintaining a safe, clean working environment Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable) * Proven CNC cutter grinding experience is essential * Experience on Walter, ANCA or Rollomatic machines * Strong setting and operating capability * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings * High attention to detail Applications without CNC grinding experience will not be considered What's on Offer * £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience * Monday-Friday (no weekends) * Flexible shift options * Stable, long-term opportunity * Clear progression within a growing team
