Landscaping Estimator Hybrid | London / Home Counties / South Coast £500k – £10m Package Values We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Estimator with a proven track record of tendering for and securing large‑scale hard & soft landscaping and associated civil engineering packages. The role offers flexible working, splitting time between a South Coast office, London sites and home, and covers projects valued between £500k and £10m across residential, commercial and public sector schemes. Key requirements: * Demonstrable success winning landscaping/civils tenders. * Strong commercial and pricing expertise. * Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously. * Strong understanding of supply‑chain procurement and subcontractor negotiation. * Experience identifying risk, opportunity and value‑engineering solutions. * Strong communication skills with clients, consultants and internal teams. * High level of organisation, accuracy and deadline management.
