Corporate Relocation Administrator


We’re currently recruiting for a Corporate Relocation Administrator to join a busy and supportive team. 🔹 The Role You’ll provide a high-quality administrative service supporting corporate relocation activities and coordinating moves. This is a varied role involving communication with internal teams, customers, and external partners to ensure everything runs smoothly. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Handling enquiries and coordinating with branch and agent networks • Supporting the smooth running of relocation processes • Maintaining accurate records and database systems • Producing and managing invoices • Following up on enquiries and updates • Managing insurance claims professionally and efficiently • Ensuring all documentation and procedures are kept up to date 🔹 What We’re Looking For • Around 3 years’ administration experience • Background in customer service and/or accounts • Strong IT skills (CRM systems, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines 🔹 Additional Info Full training provided, including Health & Safety and GDPR
