Maintenance Team Leader

Maintenance Team Leader Hours: 3 Shift Pattern (Mornings 6am - 2pm / Lates 2pm - 10pm / Nights 10am - 6pm). Salary: £59,872 (inc Shift Allowance) Location: Coleshill We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Team Leader to support and lead a skilled maintenance team within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This is a key leadership role where you'll help drive performance, ensure standards are maintained, and act as the vital link between maintenance and wider operations. Key Responsibilities: * Control overtime to support production requirements * Manage shift planning and maintain holiday schedules * Deliver clear and effective shift reports to the wider business * Complete structured shift handovers in line with standard procedures * Ensure tool trollies are maintained, standardised, and regularly audited * Maintain housekeeping standards across all maintenance areas and equipment * Control spare parts ordering within the maintenance budget * Act as the primary link between Maintenance and other departments * Support initial Maintenance involvement in New Product Introduction (NPI) * Provide daily reporting to the Maintenance BUL following standard processes What we're looking for: * Strong team player with the ability to lead by example * Excellent communication skills across all levels * Experience in a Maintenance environment (automotive background preferred) * ABB experience desirable * Ability to promote a strong feedback and continuous improvement culture * Organised, proactive, and confident managing shift operations If you're ready to take the next step in your maintenance career and play a key role in a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you. 👉 Apply now or get in touch for more details.
