Key Requirements * Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. * Passion for fresh food and high standards of presentation. * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen. * Good understanding of kitchen management and food safety standards. * Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
