HVAC Manager – Cambridge & East Anglia A valued client is seeking an experienced HVAC Manager to take a leading role in delivering mechanical projects across Cambridge and the wider East Anglia region. Role: HVAC Manager Location: Cambridge & East Anglia Salary: DOE (dependent on experience) Opportunities: Long-term pipeline of secured work with a growing contractor This role is suited to a proven HVAC professional with a strong track record in managing mechanical services projects, looking to join a business where they can take full ownership of delivery and client relationships. Key Responsibilities: • Leading HVAC/mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion • Managing multiple sites, project teams, and subcontractors • Taking full commercial and programme responsibility across projects • Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships • Driving quality, compliance, and health & safety standards across all works Ideal Candidate: • Extensive experience in HVAC / mechanical project delivery • Proven background in a management role within M&E / building services • Strong commercial acumen and contract management experience • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and leadership skills For more information or to express interest please get in touch with Harry Severn
