Site Engineer (Civils)

Site Engineer - Civils Project (Portishead) We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major civil engineering project in Portishead on a 12-month contract, with an immediate start available. The Role You will play a key role in delivering a large-scale civils scheme, supporting the site team across a range of infrastructure works. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a high-profile project with a strong pipeline of activity. Scope of Works Enabling works Construction of new access roads Section 278 (S278) highway works, including: Road widening New junctions and roundabouts Kerbing and drainage installation Street lighting installation and upgrades Traffic signage and road markings Traffic management implementation Utility diversions and service coordination Key Responsibilities Setting out and surveying works in accordance with drawings and specifications Ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of quality and safety Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and design teams Maintaining accurate site records and as-built information Supporting the delivery of works to programme Requirements Proven experience as a Site Engineer on civils projects Strong background in highways and/or groundworks Experience delivering S278 works is highly desirableIf you are interested in the above position, please apply below building and construction, site engineer (civils), site engineer (civils), site engineer (civils)
