D365 Finance Consultant – Contract (Europe/Hybrid) I’m working with a client delivering a greenfield D365 Finance global template programme across Northern and Eastern Europe. They’re looking to bring in a Senior/Lead Finance Functional Consultant to support from early design through to MVP go-live. The role: This is a functional, finance-led role focused on shaping and defining the solution — not technical delivery. You will be responsible for: • Leading finance design workshops with senior stakeholders (CFO / FC level) • Defining solution design across GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, and Procure-to-Pay • Producing clear design outputs, scope documents and implementation roadmaps • Supporting a multi-entity, multi-country rollout across Europe • Working closely with programme leadership and solution architects What they’re looking for: • Strong background in finance (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent experience) • Proven D365 F&O experience across core finance modules - previous full lifecycle implementation experience is essential • Experience leading workshops and owning solution design end-to-end • Ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders • Exposure to multi-entity or European implementations The programme: • Greenfield D365 Finance implementation • Global template covering multiple European entities • Long-term programme with clear roadmap from discovery to go-live 📆 Contract: 15–18 months 📍 Location: Europe (hybrid – travel for workshops) 💷 Rate: Negotiable (outside IR35)
