Caudwell Marine is an innovative start up engineering company, financially backed by John Caudwell, entrepreneur, business leader and philanthropist. We are developing a revolutionary patented outboard motor and Vessel Control System. This is a key role responsible for the smooth, professional running of the Coventry office, alongside structured support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). You will ensure the office is consistently well presented, fully functional, and ready to support day to day operations and business critical activity. Key Responsibilities You will support the CEO and SLT with day to day coordination. This includes diary management, scheduling meetings, and ensuring leaders are organised and prepared. You will support the preparation of leadership meetings and business reviews, coordinating agendas, presentations, and materials, and ensuring rooms and technology are fully set up in advance. You will attend key meetings where required, taking clear notes, capturing actions, and ensuring follow up. You will also coordinate monthly business updates, ensuring presentation materials are completed and shared in advance to a high standard. You will manage the day to day running of the office, ensuring it is set up and maintained to a high standard. This includes preparing the workspace each day, ensuring meeting rooms are ready, and keeping shared areas stocked, organised, and presentable. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will provide a professional and welcoming experience, ensuring all visits are well organised and run smoothly. Travel coordination is a core part of the role. You will manage end to end booking of global travel, sourcing flights directly, building detailed itineraries, and ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
