Assistant Site Manager - Residential Development Ingatestone Permanent | Competitive Salary + Package An established and well-respected housebuilder is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality residential scheme in Ingatestone. The development consists of 57 units, including a mix of traditional houses and apartments, built to a high specification with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The Role: Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site, helping to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations Coordinating and supervising subcontractors Monitoring build progress and quality on plots Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times Assisting with site paperwork and reporting Managing snagging and finishing stages Helping to deliver plots in line with programme deadlines About You Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Trainee ready to step up Experience working on residential developments (houses or apartments) Strong eye for detail and quality Good organisational and communication skills Proactive and hands-on approac What's on Offer: Competitive salary + car allowance/package Opportunity to work with a reputable housebuilder Supportive team environment with progression opportunities Involvement in a well-structured, high-quality development
