Warehouse Operative (3-Month Temp 2 Perm) Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | £27,000 Pro Rata Rugby, Warwickshire Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week We have an excellent opportunity for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Rugby on a 3-month temp 2 perm contract. This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who is looking to develop in their career. You will complete a 13-week temporary contract and the role will turn permanent following successful completion of this. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated warehouse operative, that is looking for the potential to develop into a team leader. Full training and development will be provided, if you desire to move into a more senior role. This will be optional. Key Responsibilities: Manage goods-in processes, accurately recording all deliveries on internal systems Ensure all deliveries are correctly labelled, stored, and processed Organise and store stock in designated locations Prepare shipments for American and international dispatch Ensure all items are securely packaged and protected prior to shipping Operate forklift trucks safely and efficiently (where licensed) Carry out regular stock checks and inventory control Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment Strong attention to detail when handling and recording stock Basic IT skills and familiarity with warehouse systems Good communication and teamwork abilities Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) Experience with international shipping procedures (preferred but not essential) What We Offer: Competitive salary of £27,000 (pro rata) Full-time position (40 hours per week) A 3 month temporary contract, with a view to the role going permanent after successful completion of 13 weeks work Immediate start available - REF 5057 Elix sourcing solutions is a specialist recruiter for Engineering, IT and Science roles ranging from mid to senior level positions.
