Control Systems Engineer (Full UK Citizens Only)

Control Systems Integration Engineer (Stafford) Great opportunity for a Control Systems Integration Engineer to deliver projects end-to-end—from design through to commissioning—while working alongside a skilled engineering team. What you’ll do: * Deliver full lifecycle control systems projects (design → commissioning) * Programme and configure PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems * Attend client meetings, carry out site surveys, and support project delivery * Work with platforms including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Wonderware, Iconics, Schneider * Produce technical documentation and ensure quality/compliance * Support UK site commissioning (occasional travel) What you need: * 2+ years’ control systems experience * Electrical/Software Engineering qualification (or equivalent) * Experience with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, drives, and instrumentation * Strong communication skills * Full UK driving licence For senior/lead level: * 5+ years’ experience * Ability to lead, mentor, and manage engineers Package: * 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 30) * Pension scheme * Private healthcare (after 1 year) * Sick pay + life assurance * Training & development support * Wellbeing programme + 24/7 counselling * Overtime/TIL + expenses * Company vehicles / car scheme (senior roles) * Employee perks + regular social events Company: Established automation and control systems business delivering turnkey solutions across process, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, with a strong focus on engineering quality and employee development
