The Opportunity You will take full responsibility for a well-established team of circa 12 professionals, while also sitting on the national leadership team, contributing to strategic growth and direction across the wider business. This is more than a management role - it's a chance to: Shape and expand a key service line nationally Lead high-profile, multi-sector programmes of significant scale Influence business strategy and client development at a senior level Build and mentor a high-performing, motivated team Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire and develop the Building Surveying team across the region Drive business growth through client engagement, work winning and service excellence Oversee delivery of major programmes including surveys, refurbishment, maintenance and project work Take ownership of commercial performance, resource planning and operational delivery Play a key role in national strategy and business planning Maintain and build strong client relationships at senior level About You You will be an experienced leader within Building Surveying, with a strong consultancy background and a proven ability to both win and deliver work. Degree qualified in Building Surveying (or equivalent) MRICS (or equivalent professional membership) Significant post-qualification experience (typically 10+ years) Demonstrable success leading and growing teams Strong commercial acumen and track record in winning work Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Deep technical expertise across core Building Surveying services Why This Role?
