Head of Computer Science Full Time, Permanent Role - Starting ASAP Qualified Teachers Pay Scale £32,916 - £51,048 + TLR's ANZUK Education is proud to be partnering with a secondary academy, supporting in their search for an outstanding Head of Computer Science to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role at a forward-thinking Academy. They are now looking for a motivated, dynamic, and experienced teacher to lead the Computer Science department across Years 9 to 13, as well as teaching Maths. The ideal educator will be someone who can inspire both students and colleagues, demonstrate strong leadership, and deliver consistent academic success. About the Role as Head of Computer Science: * Lead and manage the Computer Science department with a clear vision for excellence * Deliver outstanding teaching and learning outcomes across KS4 and KS5 * Hold experience delivering, adapting, and creating curriculum & schemes of work in line with OCR examinations * Hold experience teaching Maths would be beneficial as this role may require some timetabled Maths lessons * Develop and implement effective strategies to raise achievement * Foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement This position would suit an ambitious educator seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to make a real impact.
