Job Title: FLT Counterbalance Driver Location: Leeds Pay Rate: £13.70 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Must be flexible to work up to 12-hour shifts during busier periods We are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Leeds. The company operates within a specialist sector and has a strong reputation for quality and consistency within its industry. This role will involve supporting day-to-day warehouse and production operations, ensuring materials and finished goods are moved safely and efficiently across site. You will be responsible for loading and unloading deliveries, transporting stock, and assisting with general warehouse duties where required. A valid Counterbalance FLT licence and full UK driving licence are essential for this role. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, so flexibility and a strong work ethic are key. Skills: Confident operating a Counterbalance FLT Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Good awareness of health and safety procedures Reliable and punctual Flexible approach to working hours when required Qualifications: Valid Counterbalance FLT licence Full UK driving licence required Previous experience in a similar role preferred Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards
