PART II ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT – SOUTH EAST LONDON A housing specialist is seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join its growing in-house design team, supporting innovative residential schemes across London and the surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge, sustainable housing projects, contributing to the design and delivery of zero-carbon modular developments from concept through to completion. The business delivers full turnkey solutions including design, planning, manufacture, and construction. Key Responsibilities: • Supporting the design and development of residential schemes across all RIBA stages • Producing drawings, models, and technical information using industry-standard software • Assisting with planning applications, technical design, and coordination • Collaborating with internal teams including engineering and construction • Supporting the delivery of modular housing projects through to completion Requirements: • Part II qualification in Architecture • Experience working within a UK architectural practice or design team • Strong design, technical, and presentation skills • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Suite (or similar) • Interest in sustainable design and modular/offsite construction Rewards & Benefits: • Competitive salary (DOE) • Hybrid working (including Friday WFH) • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays • Pension contribution • Supportive and collaborative studio environment • Clear progression opportunities within a growing business
