Key Responsibilities * Perform repairs and restoration on footwear, ensuring high-quality finish and longevity. * Assess product condition and recommend optimal repair or care solutions. * Provide customers with expert aftercare advice on maintenance and preservation. * Collaborate with store teams to deliver seamless client experiences. * Maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, accuracy and presentation. * Keep detailed records of repairs, fittings and completed work. * Manage tools, materials and supplies responsibly in a clean workspace. * Adhere to brand guidelines and health & safety protocols.
