Advanced Practitioner - Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Wirral (2 Alice Square, Birkenhead, CH41 2YA) £38.38 per hour (Limited/Umbrella) Hybrid Working: 2 days remote | 3 days office-based We are currently seeking an experienced Social Worker for a locum Advanced Practitioner role within a Continuing Healthcare (CHC) team on the Wirral. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership-focused position while making a meaningful impact in a flexible, temporary assignment.
