We’re working with a growing consultancy that plays a key role in supporting social landlords, contractors and partners to deliver high-quality, compliant maintenance and investment programmes across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a pivotal role in developing and managing framework agreements that drive best practice across the sector. The Role As a Framework Consultant, you will act as a key link between clients and suppliers, ensuring the effective delivery and performance of framework contracts. You’ll support procurement activity, manage stakeholder relationships, and help drive continuous improvement across programmes. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and developing relationships with clients and supply chain partners * Supporting compliant procurement and framework call-offs * Assisting with tender documentation, evaluation and contract management * Monitoring performance data to ensure value for money and best practice delivery * Supporting the use and development of systems (e.g. CRM platforms) * Producing reports and presenting to senior stakeholders and boards * Promoting services at industry events, conferences and exhibitions About You You’ll be a confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and a passion for improving outcomes within social housing. We’re particularly keen to speak with individuals who have: * 5–10 years’ experience within social housing (maintenance, procurement, or consultancy) * A strong understanding of public sector procurement and regulatory frameworks * Experience managing contracts, frameworks or supplier relationships * Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills * A proactive, collaborative approach with a continuous improvement mindset Professional qualifications (CIPS / MRICS or working towards) would be advantageous but are not essential.
