Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer (3–5 years’ experience) Macclesfield (Hybrid) We’re working with a well-established firm looking to bring in an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Macclesfield. This is a role where you’ll manage your own caseload but with proper support in place, including a dedicated assistant. It’s steady, structured work with a team that knows the process and gets deals through. The role: * Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion * Work including shared ownership, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential matters * Keeping clients, agents and solicitors updated throughout the process * Handling files independently while keeping everything moving What they’re looking for: * Minimum 3 years’ experience running your own residential conveyancing caseload * Comfortable managing files from start to finish * Organised and able to work to deadlines * Experience with case management systems (P4W useful but not essential) What’s on offer: * Hybrid working * 24 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas closure * Birthday off * Private healthcare and medical support * Pension and additional benefits This would suit someone who wants a stable role, a manageable caseload and the support to do the job properly.
