Join our employee-owned business and be a driving force in delivering utility-scale renewable energy projects across the UK. ​ What You’ll Do As a Senior Technical Estimator, you’ll: * Manage complex High Voltage project enquiries from initial review to tender submission, negotiation, and contract award * Review specifications to identify technical and delivery requirements for projects up to 400kV * Prepare detailed cost estimates for High Voltage electrical work, supporting Powersystems’ tender strategy * Attend site visits, pre and post tender, and pre-contract meetings * Work with the Procurement team to obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations * Work closely with teams across the business to ensure accurate and practical estimates * Champion Powersystems’ PriorityNo.1 Health, Safety, and wellbeing, professionalism and continuous improvement ​ What We’re Looking For – Estimating * Strong technical knowledge of 33kV, 132kV, and 400kV electrical infrastructure works * Proven experience in producing technical estimates and tender submissions in the electrical infrastructure sector up to 400kV * Degree, HNC, HND, or equivalent qualifications in Electrical Engineering or similar * Proven ability to interpret requirements, specifications, and technical drawings, converting them into submissions * Excellent communication skills * Adept at building strong ongoing working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, demonstrating clear and professional communication at all times * Full UK Driving License & Right to Work in the UK ​ What’s in It for You? * £60,000 - £70,000 salary + Bonus + Profit share * Up to 25% bonus * Car allowance or Company Vehicle * 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays + 20 days paid sick leave * Private health insurance + cashback plan * Pension & life assurance at 4X salary * Ongoing training & funded professional development * Employee Assistance Program for Mental health & wellbeing support * Cycle-to-work scheme, gym (Bristol) access & more ​ Why Join Powersystems?
