Mobile AC Engineer – M25 / London Coverage Up to £55,000 + Van & Fuel Card Monday–Friday | 8:00–17:00 London & M25 Corridor The Opportunity We’re working with a well-established building services contractor delivering maintenance and compliance solutions across commercial environments. Due to continued growth across key contracts, they’re looking to appoint a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to support sites across London and the M25. This is a field-based role offering a strong salary, stable workload, and long-term progression within a reputable engineering business. The Role You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and in line with compliance standards. Key responsibilities include: * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on AC systems * Reactive breakdowns and emergency callouts * Fault finding and diagnostics across a range of systems * Servicing and general upkeep of HVAC equipment * Working across split systems, VRV/VRF, and AHUs * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as an AC Engineer within commercial environments * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Experience with PPMs and reactive maintenance * F-Gas qualification (essential) * Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer * Salary up to £55,000 (depending on experience) * Company van & fuel card * Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm) * Overtime opportunities * Stable, long-term contracts across London
