Teaching Assistant Selly Oak, Birmingham Weekly Pay | Full-Time | Temp to Perm Opportunity | Immediate Start | Term Time Only | PAYE NOW Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to start immediately within a specialist SEND primary school setting in Selly Oak, supporting pupils with severe learning difficulties and speech, language and communication needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly supportive specialist provision with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right candidate. The school caters for children with complex needs, all of who have a EHCP. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils throughout the school day on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, develop communication skills, and support their overall wellbeing. You will support the school's ethos of providing a nurturing, safe environment to all pupils.
