Night Shift Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver Location: West Bromwich Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week (Night Shift) Shift Pattern: * Sunday: 15:00 – 23:00 * Monday – Wednesday: 22:00 – 06:00 * Thursday: 22:00 – 05:00 Salary: £13.50 per hour + 25% shift allowance Role Overview Reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver supporting efficient night shift operations in a fast-paced environment. Responsible for order fulfilment, stock control, and safe forklift operation. Key Responsibilities * Picking, packing, and preparing orders for UK and export * Checking product quantities and ensuring accuracy * Completing paperwork and processing orders via data entry * Booking in stock and updating inventory systems * Replenishing picking locations * Handling collections and returns * Loading/unloading vehicles using FLT * Conducting stock checks and maintaining warehouse standards Skills & Experience * Previous warehouse experience * FLT licence preferred * Experience with barcode scanners and warehouse systems * Stock control and inventory knowledge * Basic IT and data entry skills * Strong teamwork and communication Benefits * 25 days annual leave + Christmas shutdown * Company bonus and pension scheme * Training and development opportunities * Employee wellbeing support (EAP, health plan) * Free onsite parking
