Air Conditioning Engineer

Marble Talent Group are actively seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our client on a permanent basis. Role Overview This is a mobile position covering primarily London and the South East. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out air conditioning and refrigeration works, alongside planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and general building services maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities * Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) across multiple sites * Respond to reactive maintenance call-outs in a timely manner * Undertake general building services maintenance when required * Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs efficiently * Ensure all work is completed in compliance with health & safety regulations * Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships * Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately Requirements * Proven experience in A/C and refrigeration engineering * Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., F-Gas certification) * Full UK driving licence * Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently in a mobile role * Good communication and organisational skills * Flexible approach to work and participation in call-out rota Working Hours * 40 hours per week Salary & Benefits * £19–£20 per hour (basic) * OTE package circa £50,000–£52,000 per annum (including travel time and call-out payments) * Company vehicle & fuel card * Company phone and tablet * Pension scheme * PPE and uniform provided Call-Out Rota * 1 in 7 rota
