With a number of exciting business wide initiatives from new product introductions and operational increases, through to expansions and new site launches, this leading pharmaceutical business is in a very exciting period of growth and transition. The very reason for this hire is a back fill due to a promotion. This specific hire is for their site in South London / North Surrey and will take full accountability for a small team and be responsible for maintenance, servicing and take a strong involvement in engineering projects. This is a hands on management position that requires versatility, flexibility and an ability to solve problems – it’s a small person team and therefore the key is that you can get stuck in and are willing to take on a number of the duties directly on a day to day basis. The standard hours are 7am to 3pm Mon-Fri – but you need to be flexible as there will be call outs (including nights and weekends). Overtime/TOIL is available.
