Job Title: TIG Welder Location: G32, Glasgow Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team based in Glasgow (G32). This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay based on experience, with opportunities for long-term career development. Key Responsibilities: * Perform high-quality TIG welding on a range of materials, including stainless steel and aluminium * Interpret and work from technical drawings and welding specifications * Ensure all work meets industry standards and quality requirements * Carry out fabrication and finishing tasks as required * Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations * Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and precision Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years’ TIG welding experience * Proven ability to produce clean, precise welds to a high standard * Strong understanding of technical drawings and fabrication processes * Experience working with a variety of metals and thicknesses * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable: * Relevant welding certifications (e.g. coded welding qualifications) * Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment What We Offer: * Competitive salary based on experience * Stable, full-time permanent role * Opportunities for overtime * Supportive team environment * Ongoing training and development opportunities
