Principal RF Engineer – Telecommunications - Cambridge A fast-growing semiconductor company is seeking a Principal RF Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of advanced RF subsystems for next-generation wireless and connectivity products. What you'll do as a Principal RF Engineer: • Lead RF design activities aligned to system architecture and requirements • Own RF subsystem performance, implementation, and delivery • Define and execute RF test and verification plans • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of RF issues • Mentor junior Engineers What you'll bring as a Principal RF Engineer: • Strong hands-on RF design experience • Proven experience leading RF technical delivery on complex projects • Solid understanding of RF theory and practical implementation • Experience with RF simulation tools If you would like to apply for the Principal RF Engineer vacancy or would like further information, please contact Luke Ord
