The Role As a Customer Support Administrator, you will provide a first-class service to key individuals and fundraising groups to secure support, nurture relationships, and increase levels of engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: * Relationship Management: Building rapport with various volunteer groups through proactive telephone and email communication. * Engagement Support: Assisting volunteers with the creation of support materials, including marketing posters and invitations, and coordinating the logistics of shared equipment. * Financial Administration: Managing financial processes such as raising purchase orders, arranging supplier payments, and preparing volunteer expenses in readiness for payment. * Enquiry Handling: Responding to a variety of enquiries via telephone, email, and post, while resolving complaints to a high standard. * Operational Admin: Maintaining a working knowledge of internal systems to assist with payment processing, event administration, and stocktake returns during peak times.
