We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a reputable multi-franchise car dealership in Treforest. Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to take on the position of Parts Advisor, contributing to their continued growth and success within the automotive industry. Benefits: Up to £26,500 annual basic salary Performance-based monthly bonus of £50, £100, or £200 Overtime available paid at time and a half Full brand-accredited training and development programmes 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 3 years Workplace pension scheme Stable, well-established working environment Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with no weekends Opportunity to build a long-term career within a leading automotive dealershipDuties: Sell parts through telesales channels, including internet and telephone sales as a Parts Advisor Receive, process, and accurately identify customer parts requirements  Ensure prompt picking, packing, and dispatching of parts Maintain a professional and courteous approach in a fast-paced trade sales environment as a Parts Advisor Engage with customers confidently, providing excellent customer service and sales support Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to parts sales Utilise dealer management systems (Pinnacle) and electronic parts catalogues effectively Contribute to department targets and growth initiativesRequirements: Recent or current automotive vehicle parts experience, ideally within a car vehicle parts environment Experience working with motor factors or parts distribution is highly advantageous IT literate, with experience using dealer management systems and electronic catalogues Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points Strong customer service and sales skills Friendly, charismatic, and professional manner Ability to commute easily to Treforest or reside nearbyContact Harry Thaxton-Woodcock, Automotive Recruitment Specialist at Perfect Placement covering the South Wales region, today to discover more about this fantastic Parts Advisor opportunity.
