Job Title: Multi Skilled CarpenterLocation: Birmingham (North & South opportunities) Contract: minimum 6 months work, Starting in June Hours: Monday to Friday Rate: £19.77 per hour (CIS) Perks: Van & Fuel Card Provided Weekly Pay  Van Stock Supplied Pay to be reviewed About the Role: Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Operatives to join our client’s repairs & maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within occupied domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day  upgrades and general maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Carry out a variety of repairs in domestic/social housing settings, Carpentry / Plumbing / Plastering main trade. Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic plumbing, tiling, etc.) Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in any relevant trade Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property repairs Strong communication and customer service skills Full UK Driving Licence Ability to perform basic secondary trades  What’s in it for you?
