Continuous Improvement Partner


Job Title: Continuous Improvement Partner Reporting To: Head of Operational Assurance Location: Office based with travel to sites as required. Office locations include Glasgow, Camberley, Newcastle, North Wales. Business Overview: North builds stronger networks and creates smarter places, delivering intelligent infrastructure solutions across multiple sectors. Role Summary: The Continuous Improvement Partner supports teams across the business to identify, lead and embed improvement initiatives. The role focuses on operational excellence, problem solving and cultural change, working closely with the Quality team to ensure alignment with the Integrated Management System.
