The Role As a Resolution Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert when customer issues arise. You’ll take full ownership of cases, investigate problems, and deliver effective solutions while maintaining a first-class customer experience. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and triaging incoming customer queries and ensuring timely responses * Handling returns processes and coordinating with internal teams * Speaking directly with customers to resolve issues and de-escalate concerns * Investigating complaints to identify root causes and prevent recurrence * Logging and tracking cases accurately using internal systems * Working to SLA targets and ensuring cases are resolved efficiently * Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the resolution process * Escalating complex or high-risk issues where necessary About You We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and customer-focused, with a natural ability to solve problems.
