Electrical Project Manager – Kettering – Building Services Contractor A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee delivery on a major project in the Kettering area. This role offers long‑term stability, strong project exposure and genuine progression opportunities. The Role Attend project start‑up and coordination meetings Review project specifications and technical documentation Manage technical submittals and track approvals Raise and manage RFIs Oversee labour tracking and weekly progress reporting Liaise with main contractors and client‑side teams Coordinate delivery of plant, equipment and materials Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are implemented Produce snag lists and drive quality improvements Maintain document control and handover documentation Manage subcontractor performance and ensure on‑time delivery What You Need Strong experience as an Electrical Project Manager (or similar) Proven track record delivering large‑scale projects Qualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred) Experience supervising teams and managing subcontractors Excellent communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary Professional development support Employee wellbeing and assistance programmes Opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong project pipeline
