We are seeking a talented head chef to run the kitchen in a sailing club. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage all kitchen operations - Design and develop seasonal menus - Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation - Manage all food ordering, supplier relationships, and deliveries - Control stock levels, stock rotation, and conduct regular stock takes - Monitor and manage food costs, margins (GP), and minimise wastage - Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and hygiene regulations - Maintain accurate records (HACCP, temperature logs, cleaning schedules) Qualifications & Certifications - Level 3 Food Safety & Hygiene (Supervising Food Safety) – essential - Level 2 Food Allergen Awareness – essential - HACCP training and practical application experience Mango Solutions Mango Solutions Recruitment Group are acting as The Employment Agency
