Marketing Manager This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a global marketing function within a fast growing, travel brand. You’ll work directly with the Founder and leadership team, bringing together brand storytelling, digital performance, content creation and partnership development. Marketing Manager Role and responsibilities Own and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with company growth targets Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google and emerging channels Oversee social media strategy and content calendar (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) Work with creative partners on video and visual storytelling Produce copy across email, editorial, web, advertising and press releases Marketing Manager Skills and Experience Required 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally within travel, aviation or premium lifestyle sectors Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid media and analytics Experience managing social media and content strategy Commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth Hands?on experience with PPC, Google Ads and Meta Ads (advantageous) Experience in private aviation or high?end travel preferred but not essential Marketing Manager Key Benefits £40,000 – £48,000 depending on experience Performance based bonus Flexible / hybrid working Clear progression path to Head of Marketing Please apply online or email (url removed)
