Qualified Carpenter Salary: £180- £190 per day Van & Fuel Card Uniform / PPE Work Phone Role includes a 7 day call out rota (paid on top of salary) Must have a full UK Licence About Us: CC Cousins is a leading Facilities maintenance provider, for commercial and retail properties throughout the South of the UK. We offer a full range of FM services, large projects, PPM and reactive maintenance. CC Cousins are hiring for a Multi Trade Engineer to work on a full-time permanent basis within our Reactive Team, ideally with a bias Carpentry Day to day repsonsibilties will include: * Hanging doors/ Fire doors * Installing handles * Pannels * locks * Skirtings * Fences As you will be within our reactive building fabric department; expectation will be that you have skills throughout the trades. Travel is a key part of the role with a variety of works from small reactive repairs to larger quoted jobs. Completing jobs to a high standard Responsibilities and Expectations: * Applicants would be expected to be competent in working on their own or in a team and using their initiative to solve a problem when on site. * Ensure all work is carried out within the allocated time frame and to a high standard and quality. * Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, at all times. * You should have a minimum of NVQ level 2 in a trade - carpentry will be highly advantageous. * A minimum 3 years’ trade experience. * Must have a full UK Licence The successful candidate would be provided with: * Van and fuel card for business use only. * Work phone. * Full company uniform and PPE. * This role includes a 7 day call out rota (paid on top of basic salary) All positions are FULL TIME.
